Silver Companions works diligently to find compassionate and reliable caregivers who will provide outstanding care. We only hire warmhearted, well trained and experienced caregivers. In most cases, the same companion will be sent each time to ensure continuity of care. Also, a care coordinator will accompany the caregiver to provide a personal introduction to the client. This process helps ensure that the client is comfortable and at ease with the caregiver.

We offer ongoing training to all of our home caregivers on many different aspects of care and how to provide quality care. By providing free in-house & on line training sessions and paying caregivers for their time spent in training, we ensure our staff has the opportunity to excel in the care they provide.
