Silver Companions works diligently to find compassionate and reliable care providers who will provide outstanding care. We only hire warmhearted, well trained and experienced care providers. In most cases, the same companion will be sent each time to ensure continuity of care. Also, a care coordinator will accompany the caregiver to provide a personal introduction to the client. This process helps ensure that the client is comfortable and at ease with the caregiver.

By providing free in-house & on line training sessions and paying care providers for their time spent in training, we ensure our staff has the opportunity to excel in the care they provide.
