Silver Companions is proud to start hosting Caregiver Online Support Groups the second Tuesday at 11am of every month starting February 13th, 2024.
Caring for a loved one can be a challenging, isolating, and emotional time. Our support groups for both professional and family care providers promote a safe environment where people can connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges.”
Our online support groups provide a convenient and accessible way for care providers to connect with others from the comfort of their homes. These groups are facilitated by an experienced staff member and provide a supportive environment for caregivers to share their experiences, ask questions, and receive emotional support.

Support Group Community Standards:
- Please refrain from discussing politics or religion.
- Try not to talk over your fellow support members.
- If a member says something to make you feel uncomfortable, please send a private message in group chat, or discuss it privately with the Group Facilitator.
- Always be kind and courteous to all support members.
- Improve the quality of life for fellow members.
- Support the caregiver community which includes Care Providers.
